“I got this tumbler because it was listed as dishwasher safe and has a rubber grip on the bottom to prevent slipping. Unfortunately, when I ran it through the dishwasher prior to using it, the rubber grip melted and started coming off. Now the tumbler doesn't stand up straight because the rubber foot is warped. I don't know why they'd attach it with a glue sticker like that, it should be able to pop in and out for hygiene's sake so nothing grows under it--I would've removed it before washing. I was looking forward to using this cup as my new "daily driver" but I have been sorely disappointed.”

“I submitted an inquiry about my straw being defective and I haven't heard back. It has a splinter like piece of plastic that is very rough when placed to your lips. It is a rough area on the tip of the straw that I've tried picking off without success. I don't want to further damage the straw. Can a replacement be sent Otherwise the mug is great, doesn't leak, fits in all cup holders and is great on the go!!
