“With the exception of just ONE thing, there's so much to love about this mug. At $40 retail, it's a great 40oz alternative to that other guy. I absolutely L.O.V.E. the flip straw that is standard with the Traveler–also not like that other guy. It keeps my drinks chilled in a hot car–not to mention that it fits my CRV's cupholder. But the greatest, if not the only disappointment is the non skid-base. It's supposed to be dishwasher safe though I don't wash this all the time in the dishwasher. But on those occasions when I do, water seeps into that space and the glue that holds the non-skid disk in place eventually and quickly fails. Just 7 months after having purchased this, I had to request a replacement. I will say that the warranty replacement process was an A+++ experience (thank you, Karlee!). Just make sure to keep your receipt.”
