“I love this cup! I was so excited to have a 100% leakproof water 40 oz tumbler. After a few days of having the product the handle has become very loose and despite retightening the screws, that does not seem to fix the issue. I contacted customer service and they are working with me to rectify this problem swiftly.”

Got my new cup in a week and I love it. It does not spill at all. I have the 40oz and it can be a little heavy to carry so next time, I would love the buy the 20 oz one otherwise I love that you’re able to bend the straw. Highly recommend.”
