“Have had this cup since February. Last month the handle broke so I sent an email to hydro jug and they were able to replace it for free! Great customer service. Got my new cup in a week and I love it. It does not spill at all. I have the 40oz and it can be a little heavy to carry so next time, I would love the buy the 20 oz one otherwise I love that you’re able to bend the straw. Highly recommend.”

“I love it however the sanitizing is difficult. Removing the straw part of it is very difficult and risk of build of mold is scary thought !!!!”
