“I thought this cup was everything. I was very excited when I received it. It DOES NOT leak at all which is absolutely amazing. The color is beautiful, keeps your ice cold all day. I had it for about 2 weeks and my handle just snapped off. I thought it would be more durable than that. The cup i got is the 40oz traveler so it is very hard to hold without the handle. If the handle would have lasted, I would rate this cup a 5 out of 5. Without the handle, it is hard to carry.”

“I just threw out another about fifteen jugs from another brand. (Starts with a S and ends in a Y.) I love this water jug. I have tendency spilling my drinks all the time. I spill in my car, in my bed, at work, on my desk, and on me. So frustrating. Then I ordered this amazing jug and what happens? I knock it over at work and NOTHING happened! It didn’t spill at all! I bought two more and gave them to my two girls. They love, love, love them too.”
One thing that may cause that is closing the straw too fast after drinking so the water gets stuck in the straw and come out. Try closing your straw slower and letting the water travel back down in the bottle.
