“It hasn’t been my favorite water bottle because i don’t like how quickly the straw part gets gross and it’s kind of a pain to take apart to completely clean. The cap also gets stuck and even my husband can’t get it off every now and then. My bottle handle broke and the customer service was fast and efficient so i appreciate that!”
