“Hi, I have tried many different brands of cups and this one is probably at the bottom of my list. I’m not sure if I got a defected cup? But after 45 mins of my ice being in the cup, it’s melted. He been trying to look for a cup to keep my water COLD and this cup has failed me unfortunately.”
