I followed up on my order a few weeks after placing my order and was told there was an issue with the red shine shipment. I really appreciate the transparency and the quick response. A few weeks passed and I followed up again and customer service replied quickly and was able to get my order shipped out within days! I think this speaks volumes of what a great company hydro jug is and how they genuinely care about their customers!”
“I’m so disappointed, love the color but the 1st one I received the engraving was crooked. Got a replacement and there are knicks in it! Contacted customer service but never heard back. Not sure if there’s a new manufacturer in play here but this will probably be the last one I order.”
