1. Is the suction nozzle on the lid open enough?
2. Check whether the silicone under the suction nozzle is broken from the inside of the lid?
3. Is the silicone at the connection to the internal straw in the correct position, broken, or displaced?
4. Please check if the internal straw can be tightly inserted into the silicone hole of the lid.
