“Love the color and that it is completely leak proof! The only downside would be that the straw does not stay very well in the lid when there is ice in the cup. Other than that it is amazing!”
“This is my second hydro jug. I think they changed the straw top. It is easier to open but also I see little drips sometimes. Not sure if that’s a manufacturer error or if they changed the design slightly which caused this issue. Otherwise I love the cup!”
“My first cup came slightly damaged, and customer service was very quick to respond and ship me a replacement. The color is amazing, and I love that it fits in my car cup holder and is leak proof. It does keep the water nice and cold for a long time, but doesn’t hold the actual ice well at all which is a little odd. Personally I don’t necessarily like a lot of ice in my drinks so it functions fine for me but I think many customers would expect/want the ice to stay intact like some of the competitor cups on the market so I thought I would mention for anyone on the fence. Otherwise it’s great”
