When I recieved the package I opened a pink, and a black cup. I reached out to Hydro Jug-I didn't know if it would mess up their numbers having the wrong color shipped. Someone immediately reached out to me letting me know they were shipping out my Sage cup, and to not send back the black. I was stunned, in these days with the economy and crummy customer service.
