“The cup itself is great, but when it came the top part of the handle was broke. I was very disappointed as it took a little to get to me. I thought initially that was how the cup was supposed to be, but realized it was not. The cup is good quality but upset it came damaged.”
“It is the size jug I was looking for. The color is nice. The problem was getting the lid open to clean the jug. It took me two days to, trying every method I could come up with, short of dynamite. On day Three!! I was able to get the thing open. Considering how difficult it is to open- small, arthritic hands, I will not buy another Hydrojug.”
