“The hydojug is great but I had ordered it on November 20th and did not get in til December 24z. It was a Chris gift that I thought I would have to replace it with another gift. Your customer service is hard to get in touch with. There is no way to check your order on line. So no I will not buy anymore hydojug.”
“Hydro jug used a third-party shipping carrier… I ordered on Thanksgiving day and it kept saying it was delivered but never arrived. By the time they replaced my order, the Sage color was no longer available. The new order did come, however, It delivered on Christmas Eve, but I had to choose a different color.”
