“I was so excited!! This was my favorite until I figured out you can’t clean under the lip of the straw. Customer Service was awesome to send a new top but sad it’s just going to happen again. Please fix this and I’ll only buy these forever!”

Thank you for your feedback if there are ever any issues with your lid email our team at service@thehydrojug.com for assistance. We suggest cleaning the lid regularly and definitely after using anything other than water. Make sure to leave your lid off and straw open to let it completely air dry.
