“Loved my cup until it got harder and harder to open and close. Eventually the seal failed and it was impossible to remove the lid. Great customer service and my cup was luckily replaced but will it happen again? The cup was not worn out or damaged. There needs to be a way to replace the seals on the lids. There are multiple reports on social media of stuck lids so I wasn’t alone. Not sure if I will buy another when this seal fails.”
