“UPDATE!!!!
So I’ve now had my hydro jug tumbler for going on 2 months. I did a review stating how much I loved it when I first got it because it was everything I THOUGHT would be good. I rated 5/5.
My new rate would be 2/5.
Pros: Holds ice and does not leak.
CONS: DOES NOT CLEAN UP WELL AT ALL.
These tumblers that are +40$ should be able to be cleaned better than what they do. I’ve not found one yet that does get mold and all I use in them is WATER.
Highly disappointed that Hydrojug didn’t clean up well at all. Even the video tutorials showing how to clean did not help. I also use baby bottle straw brush cleaners with assorted sizes to try and clean it.
It’s always the lid. Attaching pictures to further prove my point that even regularly cleaning will not keep this jug from getting black specs of mold in the crevices of the straw. No straw cleaner/bottle cleaner tool will clean this properly.
Don’t buy it just buy a cheap one from Walmart and replace regularly.”
