“So for starters, I paid extra for expedited shipping and 10 days later my order had not even shipped. Then when I reached out to customer service and a second order was shipped it still took over 10 days for me to get my order. I was not refunded any part of the order including the expedited shipping cost. THEN, when my order did arrive it was incorrect. I ordered a mini black jug and a sleeve. It was a buy a jug get a sleeve free deal. When my package came I received the sleeve and a random lid that didn't even match the description of the jug I bought. This experience has ruined the entire company for me. I hope others have better luck.”

“This little just is just the right size for me, taking it to the gym and adding 2 scoops of BioSteel. But, you have to keep it 100% upright 100% of the time! If it tips over, it will leak. I really wanted to love this little jug - the sleeves are so cool and the size is ideal, and getting a straw lid combo makes it the easiest to use! I just wish it would seal properly and not leak.”
