“Placed an order over a month ago and still had not received anything. I finally reached out to them to figure out what the delay was and was informed that the sleeve I ordered was sold out. No one ever bothered to reach out to inform me of this issue and waited for me to reach out. If I never would have reached out they would have kept my money and not sent me anything. When I spoke to them about the issue all they could do is say a simple sorry and offer a 10% discount on a future order. My whole experience was terrible. I heard such good things about hydrojug and was super excited to get one but their customer service was terrible and I will never order anything from them again!”
