“I have nothing good to say about this experience. First off this was a Christmas gift. I order December 1 and it didn't go out for delivery apparently until very late December although I was told very early in the month of December it would be 4-7 business days. I contacted customer service and I was provided no answers other than œit'll arrive soon. Today is January 5th and I still haven't received. At this point I'd rather get my money back, but the last time I contacted customer service through email I got an automated email response. You can keep my , I'll go elsewhere.”
