“I was so excited to get this and I've had it two days and I hate it. It does not keep your drink cold, my ice was all melted out within 34 hours. I got a cheaper non named brand one from dicks that was way better, kept my ice cold for days. When I get half way done with it I can't drink out of it anymore and have to refill to get a drink. Paid 70.16 for the jug and cover and the cover is non functional too. What a waste.”
“I have had this jug for a little over a week. It hasn't even left my house and somehow it's already scratched up. It looks like I've had it for years. So, if you put a lot of wear and tear on your water jugs, I don't recommend paying the money for this one. It does keep the water cold as advertised. But I'm disappointed in the quality of the outer design. For the price, I expected it to have a little bit of durability.”
“I do really like this jug. It keeps things cold and ice lasts a long time. Only issue is the straw kept falling out from under the lid which made me have to open it and use my hands to reattach it. That was very irritating and not the cleanest. The company did send me a new lid and straw and I'm hoping it's better.”
