“The top is very difficult to open. The water jug itself is of very high quality. I'm disappointed because I was looking forward to this jug. You literally need two hands to open the bottle.”
“It keeps leaking every time I drink out of my hydrojug. I contacted Hydrojug team and they told me that the seal needs to be in all the way and I put the seal all the way. It still leaks after all. Disappointed.”
