“I love drinking water and often need a lot more than a simple 64oz bottletumblr for the gym. The stainless steel looked like the best one for the job due to its insulating properties. I put ice & water in both my no covertop Walmart brand stainless steel cup and my hydro jug. I was highly disappointed to find that my hydro jug reached room temperature and had no ice less than 30-40 mins later while my Walmart cup still had plenty of ice. The drinking method is pretty smart but it hurts my sensitive teeth. I should of gotten the Pro-jug if I only knew that buying the stainless steel will NOT keep your water cold (even when its in a pretty chilly environment). Pretty disappointed with my purchase and don't recommend the stainless steel for ice water drinkers. Would love to return this but I cant due to return policy.
So I recommend just going with the plastic versions which have options for straw lids.”
“I have been a loyal S'well customer for years, unfortunately I was dousing myself with water each time I took a quick drink during my work out. I researched and found HydroJug and I loved the way the bottle look but was disappointed when I saw they only made straws for the plastic bottles. I kept reading and watching videos about the stainless jug on tiktok when someone revealed that there was a built in straw technology and showed how you didn't have to tilt, just sip. I was immediately excited and ordered my bottle the same night. Since having my HydroJug I find it super easy to reach my hydration goals. I drink at least a gallon every day.
