“The set up is good just didnit realize they had a metal coating on the inside. It's a little hard to handle when I am in the gym the way it is setup with just the top bar to carry it. Was also looking for a side handle to help with drinking I did see another jug with a side handle that I will be oerchasibf soon. Overall I am very satisfied with the purchase.”
“I love my hydrojug. It is heavy when full but the handle makes it super convenient to carry. I have taken it out for the day in the middle of summer and my water is still nice and cold at the end of the day. The silicone bottom is nice as it cushions the bottle so it's quiet when placing it down on a hard surface. The flap on the lid did break after 8 months of daily use, but I sent a message to customer support and with just my name, email, order number and a picture (no written description of my issue needed) I got an email within hours letting me know a replacement lid was on the way. I don't think I have EVER had such an easy customer service experience. So happy with this purchase that I bought a second one in the gradient pattern too.”
