“Can't use. It creates a pressure and drink splashed up on you and everywhere. They are aware told me to not leave in areas that would create pressure to cause that or take straw out. I've did both BEFORE contacting them. The plastic are much better. A shame since these are in the high 60s”

“I ordered the Black Stainless Steel jug when it was a preorder-only item and used it every single day once it was finally delivered! It keeps my water cold all day long and is easy to use - the integrated straw is a game-changer. I unfortunately dropped my jug and the piece that covers the spout snapped off, so I am ordering a new one to replace my broken jug! Definitely would recommend the stainless steel jug.”
“I'm only giving 3 stars du to how SLOW the shipping was. It took almost 2 weeks to get my hydrojug. You guys need to step up your game.
The product itself is durable although the matte line of products scratches very easily. The straw also falls off a lot from the inside so i have to keep opening the jug to stick the straw back on the lid”
