“I love my jug but the fact that it leaks so much makes the bottle useless. I try to just use the straw instead of the pour option but it my bottle tilts, everything is getting leaked on. Got a replacement list shipped free and it didn't fix the issue. No matter how tight I make the lid it leaks!”
“I originally had the plastic hydrojug and switched to the stainless steel for the purposes of keeping the ice cold and not 'sweating' through the sleeve. All the above worked out exactly how I thought and i love it for those reasons. what I would change is the straw opening -- I preferred the straw and opening on the plastic jug. so if i could combine the two, that is what my suggestion would be. It just feels odd to have to put your whole mouth over the opening to drink from.”
“The jug does a great job keeping water cold! Ice stays in the jug at least 12 hrs. My only complaint is that the cap over the mouth piece has already broke off in less than 4 weeks of use. I need to contact customer service to see if they would possibly replace the jug.”
