“I did like this stainless jug. I ordered a different print and was sent the black matte- was told I would have to pay the return shipping fee and then get store credit to exchange the bottle for the right color. You can't use the handle sleeves on the bottle which is a bummer. It is heavy, especially filled with water and ice.”
“I purchased two of the stainless jugs soon after their release. They were great but unfortunately both lids started leaking after about a month no matter how I screwed them on, adjusted or readjusted. I contacted support, sent video showing how they would leak from neck when remotely tipped and they sent me two new lids. Only problem was, they sent one stainless lid and one regular lid. When I contacted customer service again asking for the second correct lid, nothing but a headache being told "they don't leak" when clearly it did and by reviews I'm not the only one who's had issues. While the one replacement now prevents leaking, sucks I have to switch one lid backforth on two jugs. Too bad their customer service doesn't stand by their products very well or help the customer out when something was clearly wrong on their end all the way around.”
“I really like this bottle. It's super easy to drink from but it's delicate. After less than a week, the rubber bottom started coming off. I work from home so it's not like I'm hauling it around with me in a vehicle all day. Customer service stated that's part of wear n tear. . I would have been happy with them telling me what type glue to use to glue it back on. Minus 1 star because customer service didn't really help resolve the problem.”
