“First time buyer. I wanted the cow print cover, so I bought that, then the site led me to the jug - got that. Then a straw, ordered that too. The cover abd straw burg don't fit in the jig I hit. Customer service had every reason why this is is my fault. They proceeded to send a YouTube video on how to properly slurp from the jug that doesn't fit any size straw. I wanted to return but there's no guarantee they'll refund til it's examined, and I drank out if it and took it on a hike the first day I got it so it's not brand new and unused.”
