“So I bought this when they first came out last year & was so excited to have a stainless steel jug that'll actually keep my water cold unlike the normal jugs. My Ice will be there for 1-2 days which I think is great. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the jug leaks if it tips over. I've never had that problem with the normal jugs & I have 4 other hydrojugs. I love the new handle on this jug compared to the other jugs. Just kinda wish it had a sleeve sort of thing so I didn't have to worry about carrying it when my hands are full.”

“I love the wide opening I love the built-in straw the color of the multicolored one that I bought is beautiful I wish it was a shiny as opposed to a matte finish. My biggest problem with the jug is it leaks no matter how tightly you screw on the lid you have to be very careful not to tip it on its side or you cannot pour from it because it leaks all over you. I love the rubber that come attached on the bottom of the jug. If it were not for the leak from day one I would give it a very big 5. Best Jug ever bug with the leak it it more like a 2. Don't buy unless you want to take a chance on the lid leaking.”
