“I bought the mint stainless through the go-fund me. I really do love it because it keeps my water ice cold. My lid did initially break in the first week of using by HydroJugs customer service is amazing and they replaced the lid immediately. My only problems with the jug are: 1. The outside has become stained with black marks. I squeeze a sleeve on it for carrying purposes to help hide them. 2. I wish it had a lid and straw option like the original jugs. I'm not a huge fan of how you have to drink from it and it oddly bothers my teeth. That being said, it is a great product and would highly recommend.”
“One of the best water bottles I've ever owned. I've owned a plastic HydroJug before but I've always wanted a stainless steel one and was excited when they came out with one. The quality is great and I even bought one of the sleeves and it fits like a glove! The straw capability is also my favorite. Makes it so easy to drink.”
“Bought on Boxing Day, for my wife's birthday on Jan 16. It showed up Feb 2. . Unacceptable.
Also at the time of transaction it was suggested I add in a straw for some sort of advanced drinking capability. I bought it, it does not even fit in the stainless jug I bought.
At the end of the day, it's a water jug, with no straw that showed up late.”
“I love the stainless steel! It is so much better than the plastic in regards to keeping my water colder.
I have one issue with it and that's that the seal is leaking every now and then, this causes a mess. The kids is screwed on tight. For the cost, I would like for this water bottle to be flawless.”
“I bought it for its ability to stay cool for long and hold a large amount of water which it does. The mouth piece is small which is frustrating and the handle doesn't adjust and it always in the same position which is also annoying. At the end of my purchase the site suggested a straw, implying it was compatible with the bottle I chose and that a straw wasn't included in the purchase. It doesn't fit the bottle and a straw was included so it was a giant waste of money.”
