“When I got my stainless steel jug, I was so happy! I waited for so long for it to arrive. But there was a problem with it as soon as I took it out of the box! The no slip bottom was coming off! Rather than just send it back and wait forever again, I just kept the bottle:
It works fine, I was just expecting better quality since I paid 70 for it!!”
“I do LOVE this water bottle. I had been waiting for one that keeps my water cold and this one does just that! I will say the only reason for 3 stars is the lid does not screw on easily and it leaks. I have to make sure it doesn't topple over in my car when driving or fall over anywhere. I also wish you could use the straw without having to pick the bottle all the way up. It is easier to just sup it normal at that point.”
