“I ordered this product well over a month ago and still haven't received it, I reached out a couple weeks ago to ask about where it is and I got a very generic email blaming the USPS but didn't really answer anything... not very pleased and would never order again. It was also supposed to be a Christmas present.. my wife and I ordered probably 65+ different items from different companies around the world that same week and they all came on time. I guess hydrojug is just another entitled American fitness company that doesn't give two shits about customer service.”

“I love this jug! I have definitely drank more water since I got it. I fill it up in the morning and have it drank by the end of the day. The handle makes it easy to drink and the large mouth spout is nice too. Not too big but too small. I also bought the sleeve which has made transporting it relatively easy. No worries with it leaking either. I am an avid crossfitter and have always wanted to drink more water. This jug has definitely made me feel better and provided me more energy.”
