“I bought this jug and less than two weeks of having it, I dropped it from about 2ft off the ground and it shattered. They sent me another one, which was appreciated, but you have to push the straw into the bottle to get it back in (which is less than ideal - I work at a hospital, I don't want to touch my straw Isn't that the point of the flexible end, so it goes down when you shut the lid) It also leaks, no matter how much I mess with the seal, and water stays cold for 20 mins and then it's room temp. I would absolutely not buy this again if I could go back in time.”
