“I love the jug IDEA but am sad because I haven't been able to use it... I assembled my jug with a sleeve and straw. But the lid won't close. Each time I push it shut and hear the click it pops right back open. I even tried without the sleeve and straw, same results. I'm hoping HydroJug can resolve this issue so I can use it and give a true product review or get a refund (I'll ship back the jug and all accessories for a full refund if need be).”

“I am pregnant right now and can't get enough water!! I was getting annoyed with constantly refilling my 16 oz water bottle, so I searched for something bigger. I love the hydrojug! I only have to fill it maybe 1 and a half times per day. The only drawback is it's a little heavy and awkward to carry if I'm carrying anything else like my purse or laptop bag. But I could easily solve that with the sleeve and strap! I just haven't gotten around to buying those yet. Overall I'm super happy with the hydrojug.”
