“Hello! I love my hydrojug and would love to purchase more, but I'm a little nervous bc for some reason there was an issue in shipping on my first purchase. It said delivered, but got delivered to the post office not the address I provided. I couldn't contact anyone @ UPS bc it wasn't an emergency due to covid, but automated system said an error with the address, and I couldn't contact anyone at my local post office either. So I had to wait to see if it got delivered and thankfully it did Mandy was wonderful and did keep in contact with me, I just want some reassurance that hopefully it was just a flook.
