“So happy i picked this color. I dropped my beautiful plum colored jug and hydrojug was so kind in providing me a new jug i only needed to pay the SH. They didn't need to because their policy clearly does not replace broken jugs but they did. I wanted my plum color again but they didn't have it so i opted for this mint. Happy i did. Love it. Will get plum when comes back though.”

“I've read tons of reviews about how this companies jugs break very easily and I thought maybe people were over exaggerating but they weren't. First I had problems with the lid.. it kept leaking water everywhere it was so frustrating.. so they did send me another one which was nice. I've had this jug for about two months and it has already broken. Very poorly made. I dropped the jug and it cracked. I've dropped other brands of jugs before and they have never cracked. My dollar general jugs hold up better and they are cheaper. They definitely need to make more durable items. They have very cute items just need to work on quality.”
