I finally tracked it down- it was delivered to the wrong parcel box. Box was perfectly fine- however the jug was completely shattered. That would mean- it shipped out that way.
I have returned the jug and requested an exchange. I bought all the accessories for the jug, but still no replacement had been sent.

“I dropped my new jug one time on CARPET and it cracked and spilled my water everywhere. I ran it to the trash can as it was spilling ever and Hydro Jug will not replace my jug. They stated they needed a photo of the jug, like my initial thought as it was spilling out was to take a photo lol
It shouldn't crack from ONE drop on CARPET. and if I spend 20 on a water bottle, they should replace it if they know I haven't even had it for a week...
Super disappointing... I would recommend buying a jug off amazon instead...”
