“I recently purchased this jug and as a first mom pregnancy water is essential and this jug came in handy! Not having to fill my water as often is great. However, two days after I got it the cap that cover the hole started coming off way too easily. I know they make it so that you can clean it but mine keeps coming off every time I open it. I also noticed I didn't get the top that came in the picture as advertised (missing the loop). I emailed customer support with pictures and still waiting to hear back.”
