“My lid cracked when I was tightening it onto the bottle today. I live in az so the weather here isnt crazy cold. I also had trouble when I first opened it because the rubber ring fell into the bottom after I screwed it on. It started leaking and that's when I found out it was the rubber ring.”
“I was disappointed when the second time I used my new jug, the small rubber part from inside the lid came out and I was not able to put it back in. The lid began to make a noise And it leaks every time i take a drink now. I emailed customer service and the response was not helpful, basically stating it was supposed to come out and be reinserted for cleaning, but I haven't been able to put it back in.
Overall the jug is cute and convenient, but I would be happier if it didn't make a noise or leak with every drink i take.”
“I hate to leave a bad review but honestly this is not worth the money. The first jug I bought was cracked and thankfully they sent me a new one but now not even a month later the lid split in two pieces. I'm so disappointed because I love the size of this jug and I already bought the sleeve as well so there's 40 gone.”
