“I know there is a newer bottle, but even on the older one the new lids are SO MUCH BETTER than the original lids. The OG lid broke on three of my hydrojugs, but i love the new style and shape. I do wish the water in my bottle stayed cold all day. I fill it up to the line and add ice and put my sleeve on, but by mid day it's already room temp.
This was also a replacement jug for the one that broke, and your customer service was phenomenal to work with. Thank you!”
