“Beautiful bottle keeps water cold but once I get to a certain point with about 8-12 oz left, the straw doesn't reach the water so I'm not able to drink it. : Is there another straw I should be using other than the one it came with I was able to drink more water from my plastic hydrojug as the straw would reach. Disappointed I'm not able to do the same with the stainless steel one that keeps it cold.”

“I've been waiting for this color to restock for a long time, finally received it and when I open the box I find a dent on my brand new bottle. I waited too long for a new bottle, just gonna live with the dent instead of waiting longer for an exchange. very disappointed in their quality control though”
