“I love hydro jug as a company. I've gotten a lot of their products so I could never say something wrong about them. They sent my aunt a free jug kit (straw, jug, and jug skin) when I had inquired about them sending a letter along with my order. She had been diagnosed with cancer and I thought hydrojug could be good to help her meet her hydration needs. They were so nice and I am forever thankful. Though I personally really regret buying this stainless steal bottle. It leaks randomly, even with the seal on tight, and the jug is hard to hold with one hand. It's definitely a drop everything and hold with both hands type of jug. I also hate the straw and lid. The straw sits inside the jug, not outside, and it seems almost pointless as I can never get a big enough sip of water with it, and sometimes the suction is off in the straw and i have to take it out completely to drink. The mouth opening is not large like the original bottle so getting a good swig of water is difficult. I also dislike that the metal handle hits my forehead when I'm drinking. Overall I was excited for a stainless steal option, but I wish they kept the original design. I will be buying the original again and possibly gifting this 65 jug to someone else. It's a cute color and again I love their other jugs so imma chalk this up as a loss. If they fix the handle and lid portion this could be a 1010.”

“The jug is nice and keeps things cold, but it is definitely NOT leak proof as advertised. The second my jug falls over water spills everywhere. It will also randomly run down the side and leak on the fabric holder. For the price point there should be no issues. I would not order again for this reason.”
“I was super excited to get this. But when I got it, both lids are super hard to screw on and wont screw on all the way. Which causes it to leak. I'm sort of upset by it. I will probably look for a similar product from another company honestly.”
