“I bought the stainless steel 64oz mainly for the size and the drinking mechanism. I love the straw concept and that the mouthpiece can be protected from open air. The rubber grip on the bottom is great and minimizes any loud noises when putting it down on a flat surface. I am disappointed with the fact that my water does not stay very cold. I gave it a 3-star rating specifically for this reason. This water bottle isn't cheap and I bought the stainless steel in hopes of having my water stay cold as I work 12-hour shifts. I would have spent less money and bought the regular hydro jug if I knew my water wasn't going to stay cold.”

However the item I received was defective that leaked A LOT of water and the water spilled all over my car. customer service tam was nice to replace the item. i will test it out again once it gets here because i REALLY want to like it. “I really like this stainless steel jug. It has some weight to it which is cool, but it keeps my water nice and cold! The only con for me is the lid. I really don't like it. I wish it was one of those pull up straws instead. When I try to drink water the handle is literally on my forehead. Also, I like to wear lip gloss and lip stick so this current lid makes it difficult to keep those on while I am drinking water. I would love if we had the option of having a different lid!!!”
