“Honestly, the size is perfect, and I love that it's stainless steel; however, when the jug tilts over, it leaks even if I tighten it. Also, one of my jug's lids broke when it fell, and they do not have that part for sale, so I have to pay for a new jug. I emailed customer service to see if they could send me a replacement, and they never got back to me.”
