“There had been some issues with the kids 14 oz sport handles coming off although I personally have not had that problem. So one day I recieve a notice that my order had shipped. I looked and without me contacting them, Hydrojug sent me a replacment lid for every 14 oz kids sport I had purchased. I would expect no less Hydrojug, thank you for always being the best in every way!!!!!”

“HydroJug sent an email saying there was a defect in the sports 14oz lids and to discard immediately and without question they mailed us replacements for nothing. Not even shipping. All i had to was show my online order or receipt of which ones i purchased and in just 2-3 days the replacements were delivered. We absolutely love HydroJug in this household we have 9 total and will probably get more. Best cup/tumbler and 100% leakproof which is the best feature.”
