“Okay so I jumped on the stanley train when it started and for a while I did like it but then it became clear how awful it was. I did some looking and saw some good reviews for HydroJug so I gave it a try. LITERALLY NEVER GOING BACK! Water stays cold, ice lasts longer, NO LEAKING or spilling, durable (I drop it sometimes and have only ever had 1 issue besides a few scuffs which I don’t care about), and so cute and customizable to your own style.
I have dropped it may times as mentioned, typically outside on hard surfaces, but it hasn’t broken and the most recent drop happened. I dropped it in my house not from far up but it just happened to land in the perfect position to break the flip lip off the lid. I was going to buy a whole new cup but then my husband sent me a link to just the lid. Inexpensive and logical. Shipping did take a little longer than I expected but it’s fine. If you’re still using any other type of bottle, switch.”
“I love the HydroJug products! I have the traveler 32 oz in several colors. I also have recently ordered the sport ones. I love that they are leak proof and I can carry them in my bag or purse with out worrying about spills. My only issue has been twice my lid has had mold growing in it! I sent a picture in an email and they were quick to send me a replacement both times this happened. So I am pleased with their customer service.”
