“The traveler folded straw lid is brilliant. I love that when closed it is completely sealed. This is my favorite mug for sure.
I had to purchase a replacement one however because I’ve been unable to get some mold out of the straw mechanism. There needs to be a way to remove the folding straw and clean it.”

replacement stick with hydrojug the dupe does not fit and makes a weird sound.”
“The hydrojug traveler is great as it doesnt leak. To keep it clean is problematic. My old lid developed mold and the instructions to clean it did NOT clean the lid. Customer service was great and they sent instructions on cleaning which i followed and then when that did not work they sent a new lid. Thats great they acknowledged the problem.”
