“This company is amazing! I was at my fun job on the weekend and like always I had one of my hydrojugs with me. A gentleman that was golfing came in and asked me if that was a Hydrojug. I said yes, He asked me if I liked it. I said absolutely. My only issue is my lid leaks and I showed him. He then proceeded to tell me that his wife was the marketing Director for the company and that he was going to get me a new lid. So we exchanged information and he told me that the lid would be coming lo and behold the next day I got an email telling me that my order had been placed. What other company would do that for you? You have a customer for life”
“The lid on my 40 oz traveler was broken while attempting to clean the slip up straw. There was not a purchase option on the website. I messaged the customer service team and they were able to send me an invoice for a replacement lid within a day of emailing. The lid arrived very shortly after I paid for it.”
