I had to get a replacement lid for the traveler because mine started growing mold. Love that the traveler is 100% leak proof, but disappointed the design doesn’t allow it to come fully apart to clean. It’s impossible for it to not mold. Also the handle of my cup broke off and it’s only a few months old.

I had broken my lid and reached out to HydroJug. They sent me a replacement that was to my very first cup I bought. Turned around told them it was wrong one. They then said I can keep it and they will be sending me out the right lid. HydroJug is by far the best company I’ve worked with.

I love the new lids so much more! It dries a bit quicker so i can quickly rotate between my travelers during the week. Absolutely love hydrojug!

I needed a replacement lid for one of my many cups. Customer service was great about it and helped me order it quickly and the lid shipped out quickly. I really appreciate the care this company uses with its customers. It truly is a class act that stands out for the best.
