“I love my 32 ounce travel cup. My daughter bought it as a Christmas gift for me. It is now May and my lid, when I tighten it sometimes, the rubber gasket has stretched and it pops out the side of the cup when I’m tightening it. I emailed the company and they were very glad to replace my lid. I did not have a receipt as this was a gift, however, I was able to take a photo of what was happening with the gasket and send that to them and they gladly replaced the lid. I love that this cup fits in my cupholder in my car, because of the more narrow bottom. It goes all the way down in the cupholder and is very stable when driving. I’ve had many different types of travel cups, and this is by far the best. I appreciate a company that stands behind their product. I would maybe recommend if you’re going to wash your cup in the dishwasher maybe remove the gasket before washing it in the dishwasher to prevent stretching. I don’t know if that was the cause, but I may not wash it in the dishwasher anymore or remove the gasket first. Just a thought. I’m not sure what the company would recommend.”
