“In an attempt to clean the lid, the hard upper straw portion bent and the seal between the hard straw and lower straw was broken. Drinking water became more of a lung exercise, and I inhaled more water than I was able to drink.
When I reached out for help, I was told I had to buy a new lid. I bought one mostly so I could write a review on how non-user-friendly these lids are, how impossible they are to clean, and how unhelpful the customer service is.”
