“I threw out the lid from my 1st hydrojug because the lid came with a dark blue dot and didn’t think much of it until it started to spread and so I ordered a new lid and it came with the same dot so I’m keeping an eye on it”
“My original purchase had a lid that was peeling and flaked. I contacted customer service and was issued a new lid for both travelers. There was no issue resolving my problem and I received the replacement lids the next week. The best customer service / support! Hands down will continue to buy from Hydrojug even though I missed the Aubrey collection.
